Great progress!
Still think it needs some additional rear support? 12' over hang is what maybe 9' past the last axle support?

Yes, rebar is the deck. Randy, once the deck is on we need to take a good look. All weight is carried by the two stringers.
This is the worlds largest barbeque grill. We can cook 4 whole cows, 30 pigs, and 40 chickens at one time.

The weight is carried on the two stringers but I don't see those as the weak link necessarily. I would think they are 8" or so I beams -- thin but tall. My Toyhauler had the same frame and it would top out way over 10k lbs with my Can-am and Rhino. It seemed rigid but had the walls floor and roof giving strength. It also only had (2) 3500 lb axles -- worried me at first but not so much after I realized they were capable of far more than rated and that tongue weight is not on the axles.
If there is concern we can always put as much weight to the front as necessary.
The rebar is interesting. I used 1/4" industrial shelving and Tom has something similar. The rebar is far stronger.
Never seen a whole cow cooked but I'm all for eating the pigs. lol

A truck load of king ford , lose had it on sale two twenty # bags cheap for price of one. I'm just concerned if they will miss one of those free range. Cows out in colorada before we leave from there? I don, t recall seeing any pigs or chick ins out there.

That trailer is built to muti purpose trailer. Portable cooker , multi atv & utv sxs hauler . Portable yard sale table . Boy you can get a lot of junk on that thing. And when not in use I"ll just stack s#######t on it. Oh by the way it is for rent.

That's a great yard sale table. When you get done it needs to go over a scale to see what the weight is. I might wanna rent it to tow behind my wife's 4 cyl Rav4. I bet it would hold 500 bales of pine needles. lol

the wheels do not actually go in those fenders do they? If not a piece of just sheet steel could have been laid on the floor to stop the tires from throwing water/dirt up.
Good to see Tires on the trailer. It now looks about ready to go. I can't wait!

You load it up and hit a hole or bump and they will. There is just a little over four in clearance between tire and fender. Uloaded
