Looks pretty good don,t it Lonnie? I'm try ing to make it lite as I can so that old goat won't struggle pullin it. I hear that Allen, poor old Dodge might not handle it. Last time we just about didn't make it. Them Rocky Mt. is pretty high.

I know you ain't been laying under that trailer welding. You have a bobcat and I'm sure you have been lifting it up to make it easier. I did check out some the welds in the pictures. Looks like the bead is extra thick and sturdy....
hahahahahahahahaha

That trailer needs to be loaded so Lonnie's truck get's to use the turbo at least a little bit. It's probably got cobwebs in the intake now from just going to get groceries.

Lonnie -- you found where you put that camper shell and mattress? I wanna sleep all the way to Colorado. I'll just leave my credit card on the dash for my share of diesel.

Trade a few pieces of that rebar out with 3" pipe. That will take the flimsy out. Welds nice also. I think my Rzr can cross a 3" bump.

Allen - you and Lonnie are light weights -- 2 biscuits and ya'll will be full. Biscuits are complimentary so I can swing that. I just ain't paying for Bob's meatloaf at Cracker Barrel. It will take a little more to fill him up.

What's a drop rail? A rail underneath the trailer?

Remember you use steel in tension. Between the hitch and the axles you want to add the steel to the bottom. For the cantilevered section behind the axle you want the steel on the top. Randy, do you understand that big word in the previous sentence?

Allen -- that makes sense. I do know that a trailer with a tube rail is much stronger than a cheap angle iron rail. A quick trip to Tractor Supply illustrates that since they sell both. Bob - what big word? The word "Remember" has a capital R so I guess yes I understand that word. If you mean the word cantilever yea I get that too. An example used in a sentence is "Can't I Lever" my Rzr at ur house for the trip to Colorado? hahahahahahahahahaha Attachments:
