Not sure if anyone has noticed but I have not been to West Virginia since last November.... My wife Lois had a terrible fall in the house last November and hit her head on the floor which caused a concussion and a brain bleed. Just a few weeks later in mid December her headaches and fuzzy eyesight was getting better then she got Covid, despite having all the vaccines and boosters. Covid really kicked the head problems into overdrive and she developed excruciating headaches. Along, with these condition she had other health problems as well in early 2023... i.e Kidney stones surgery, etc.

The good news she has almost fully recovered and she only needs to have a cataract removed from her left eye and she should be back to 100%.

I just posted up about a trip I have scheduled at the end of Oct and my plan is to spend more time on the trails in 2024....Hope to see everyone on the trails and by the campfire.
