Pulled the razor up to the garage for some needed maintenance. Grabbed the front wheel and gave it a spin and the Polaris bearing bugs got me.
Well, took it apart, found 2 bearings a the High Point store. Pressed out the old and in with the new and ready to go....I Hope.
Not to bad of a job....but only had 1055 miles on the old ones.
We had a 8N ford tractor that was 50 plus years old, lived in the mud, plowed rocks, pulled stumps, hauled a million bales of hay and was abused by all the kids on the farm and NEVER replaced a bearing. Go figure. Maybe Polaris can take a lesson from Ford.
Guess I'll do the rears before Utah.

I'm really thinking about getting this new product made to grease the rzr wheel bearings while they are still installed. I also only got about 1500 miles out of mine. I think if you used this greaser every 3-4 rides it's got to extend that to double or even maybe triple the miles. My old bearings where worn out cuz of dried mud. New ones I had packed grease in them before I installed. www.rzrforums.net/rzr-s-900/270473-wheel-bearing-greaser-video-extend-your-bearing-life.html

Cool idea. If I owned a Razor these would be a must have.

Kind of works like bearing buddy on boat trailers. may have to keep up with this to see results after these guys have some miles on them. Now if someone comes up with a totally sealed bearing......and solves this issue. kb
