Here are stats for Bob, Bill and I (Larry).
4,558 miles round trip 381.869 gallons of gas Averaged 11.93 miles/gallon. Not bad pulling 3 ATVs
656 miles on Honda Rincon ATV
Cost of trip for me $493 for gas in truck ($1,479 divided by 3) $22 for gas on ATV (credit card receipts) $288 for lodging $120 food, beer, Jack Daniels ------ $932 <- Not bad
I'm ready for the next trip!

Larry -- if your Rincon went 650 miles on $22 in gas then mine needs a tune-up. That's 5.4 gallons or 120 miles per gallon. Now I know why you drove slow -- you were coasting!!!!

We're any of the trails difficult? All the photos and videos look pretty easy (I guess it's hard to see the grade in photos/video). Did the machines lack power at the high altitude? Thanks for the ride reports.

Steve, about 30% of the riding was on "Trails". There were some very steep and tight switchbacks, trails along the edge of big drop offs, and some windy narrow trails through the woods. I am usually holding onto the bars so tight I can't take pictures. Generally there is a lot of dirt roads through the woods and then there are some gravel forest roads.
Ken, does HP have a mental health plan. Not only do you take pictures of all the food you eat but you also take pictures of the empty food wrappers in your car. I am sure there is a name for this affliction.

Here's my pics: s18.photobucket.com/albums/b136/TTB2000/Randy%20R/Utah%202012/Note that some of the trails were scary: This one was tight: This one had lots of trees: This one had wild animals: This one was multiple choice: This one was cold: This one was full of rednecks: And this one just looked good with my Camo Rincon: It was great time since I could see forever: Really a great trip. The trails are what you want them to be. I explored a few times and it willl make you wonder what is next. The unmarked trails have plenty of suspense.

Duh, I forgot that I paid cash for gas sometimes. I was going by credit card receipts. I know how far I went. I just didn't keep track of gas cash payments. So I don't know what my ATV gas mileage was.
I can't get anything past you guys.

I seem to recall you saying that ALL cows are scary. For sure, the one with the one kinda deformed horn pointing up and one horn pointing down seemed to eye you in a particularly sinister manner. ;D ... this one has scary cows in it!

I watched that ol scary cow video, note the distance stopped back from "Ol Bossy" and her 100 # calf. But mostly the speed of acceleration as that mean heifer clears the road and "El Presidente" makes a break for safety. ;D ;D

Kevin --- you should pay more attention to things - I am "El Presidente" now -- no disrespect to Ken -- he is the previous "El Presidente".
Now I was not on the trip so that was not me in the cow video -- but did we watch the same video -- didn't look like anyone was scared -- just giving a 2000 lb animal room -- which I do when encountering cows.
Seems there are some amoung us who are scared of speed, a few rocks and any kind of a slope on a hill
So it seems we all are scared of something - right!!!!

My apologies "Mr President". Never in my lust for jest would I impute the honor of your robes.
I stand corrected and will respect the office of "Ex-El -presidente" and most of all your position of leader of the TTB.
But........................in your hast to blast my continuation of a line of "Stirring the Pot" you have failed to realize one issue.
NO matter how HARD you try to defend him, you will never replace "Ex El-Presidente's" current and most loyal right hand man. ;D
