Tom, Allen, and myself rode a total of 129 miles on Saturday. That was the most miles in one day for me at WV. We started off by going through the Ashland campground then on the Hatfield trails to Norfork. We had lunch at Norfolk then took the new Hatfield cut across to the Coal Creak trail system. Once on the Coal Creak trail system we drove to Pineville for ice cream and gas.
We left Pineville we headed to the VIEW. At the VIEW we decided to go the Welch for supper.
A summary of the trip is that we left Hilltop a little before 10:00 AM and returned about the 10:00 PM. We all had a safe trip with no turn overs. Tom cracked a front right fender from hitting something on the drive home from Welch in the dark.
Sunday morning Allen took off back to NC and Tom and I went on about a three hour trail ride. Overall a very successful weekend.

Also wanted to mentioned that there was another accident between Wytheville and Bluefield that involved a Ford 3/4 ton truck and a 24 foot enclosed trailer. It looks like the it rolled on the interstate.
