Alright who has a quick easy way to adjust the toe in/out. The Rincon is out and I need to set up. I need a easy way to make sure they both are exactly straight. The Manual says to set it with a 9/16 toe out. I have looked at the gauages but haven't got one yet. Any advice on how you backyard mechanics do this would be helpful.

similar to running a line for a foundation. Find something that can stand up out in front of your atv. You will need 2 of these, like a post that you can move (weighted bottom) Set these posts out in front of the front wheels. Tie a string to one post, run around the back of the tires and up to the second post. Make sure the string is setting on the tires around the center of the hub. Find a center line off of the atv, as from the center of the handle bars to the center of the front rack and mark the floor. Spread the post from the mark on the floor evenly. Add or subtract the distance depending on the amount of toe out you want to set. Center the bars and adjust your alignment using the gap between the front edge of the sidewall to the string.
This is how my shop manual suggests to set the toe in a home garage.
As for toe setting, you want it toed out or the machine will wander back and forth and get worse as your speed increases.
