What company makes the helmet quick release kits and who sells them?

not sure what company but you can find them at about any cycle shop for around $10. I love mine and I got Emily one too.

You can also try Dennis Kirk. They have a sweet catalog in paper (free) or online. Just call them and they'll send you a free one. They also have a scratch and dent online store where you can get great deals on items. Oh, they also have a discount site on items they are not going to carry anymore or on items they have limited sizes in. Got my O'neal helmet (msrp $140) for $85. They are great, I usually get the ordered items in three to four business days.

I looked at Dennis K and could not find them in a catalog search. I will go to TPS. The new helmet should be here soon.

Hmmm. I cant remember the part number right off hand for DK but the one I saw from J and P Cycles is 132-660 and is called the "Fast Hook". It's DOT approved and costs $5.99. www.jpcycles.com
