I was talking to Daryl J earlier today and he was telling me about this. I hadn't heard about it yet. I looked it up and this is what I found. Looks pretty good. Looks like they took the Yamaha spy photos and made this from them. The rear doors look very similar. Looks like they addressed transmission issues by going to a wet clutch system. If it has any power then they may have something. I haven't seen a HP spec listed. Personally I'd really want something in the 900 - 1000cc range for a 4 seater to make sure it can still move. I know this power plant is solid on a quad, but I'd have to ride on one to give it my seal of approval. www.fourdirtmag.com/2011/10/10/2012-kawasaki-teryx4%e2%84%a2-750-4x4/#.TpLtIHqq0yQ.facebook

Go to the Kawasaki site and look at the Teryx 4 LE. Very nice looking. Looks like a Commander if 4 door. www.kawasaki.com/Products/product-specifications.aspx?id=558Note that the centrifugal clutch is dry -- it is outside the engine on the back of the primary. There are several videos at that link. One shows a blower fan switch over the diff lock switch. I guess it has a heater in the dash. NICE!! I also like the limited slip front diff that can be locked. That is better than the open diff with a locker.

I got to drive one the other day. Nice vehicle. Power was good, clutching was good and handling was surprisingly good. Negatives were that the storage not deep front to back. A marine style boat cooler will fit for dry storage though. Rear seat leg room was good, but even though adjustable, the driver seat was tight on leg room. That is kind of a deal breaker to me. Over all a nice machine though. Keep in mind that this was on stock tires and they always feel like they've got a lot more azz with light, stock tires. The one I drove did not have the sport package with resevoir shocks or the power steering but I thought it rode and steered very well like it was.

I agree on legroom. When I first purchased my Rhino it numbed my lower right leg trying to drive in such a confined space. I ended up adding several inches of stall mat on the floor to lift my foot against the gas pedal. It was all good then but really looked rigged up if you looked at the drivers side floor.

Same on my Rhino with the rigged mat, but it does work better that way. This has much less leg room in the front seat than the Rhino though. By the way, I edited my review above as I typed it on my mobile with "swype" and made some mistakes. I added some more information to clarify as well.
