Check for loose components, every ride! My tie-rod end nut fell off, without any warning. Lucky it happened at low speed and without incident. I had a spare nut that would not tighten completely (damaged threads and spinning ball). Made it back without trouble but I worried the whole time. Could have been very bad.

I’ve seen that happen multiple times - Polaris 570 atv and RZR 800. Never anything else.
