I had those on my last machine and didn't like them so I never buckled them up. Mostly because for me the 3" belt was too wide and they would always rub my neck. Now I have the 2" Simpson's D-link 5 point and love them. Plenty wide enough but the D-link design also makes the vertical belts sit in a V shape so no neck rubbing.

In addition to being to wide and rubbing your neck they are heavy and hot during the summer months.

I see what you mean about heavy. I finally got them installed but haven't gotten to use them on the trail.
Went to WV few weeks ago and the stock belt was killing me so I zipped tied it together at the bottom mount and used it as a lap belt
