3.14*3*3 = 28.26 sq in * 112 = 3,165 total sq in
3.14*6*6 = 113 sq in.
3,165/113 = 28 12" cuts.

Nice math Bob. 28 12" cuts would be a lot. I don't remember the last time I cut a pine or really soft wood. Everts was all hardwood.
The reviews do say that battery lasts well.

Ok update on the Echo electric chainsaw, So I didn't cut the whole tree down with the elec. chainsaw but pretty close. Had to finish the final cut with the gas. But the circumference of the tree was 8ft and the height was over 65ft. I have cut up almost all of the tree on 2 battery charges.
Yes, that is my Rzr you hear in the background with the winch hooked up to the end of that rope with my son Jake operating the winch! Couldn't use the truck because the back yard has septic lines there.

I did fall off a turnip truck, just not yesterday. The saw work great, all day. Just have to be careful not to overwork it, it is not a gas saw. Keep chain sharp, go slow and easy.

I have the Black &Decker 40 v saw with a 12” bar. It came with a bar sleeve. I use a dry bag from Walmart as a case. It works great. The Echo sounds like a good choice also.
