I'm a jerk but if it makes you feel better I came home early. Cleaned up Rzr and got it ready for Colorado. Had to order a tie rod since I have a bent one from hitting a stump on the previous ride. No other issues. I'm really doubting I will ride again before Colorado.
Trailer looks incredible. I would have never expected a Bobcat to be on it. That's a lot of weight. Is the rzr on the tail end ? If so wow since it looks really straight. Great work!

Also coming home Saturday I passed a trailer carrying 3 Commanders sideways. Two had bumpers. That was a really wide load. I passed them near where the goat trail used to come out.

Allen - I spoke with Bob and if you don't mind Larry and I were going to come to your house Saturday. I thought it would be a good time for us to pick out where we will ride in Colorado.

Allen/Bob,
I think I'll join you. Just need Allen's home address. I'd like to see the superduper trailer. We can talk about trip planning, both on the road getting to Taylor Park and the trails once we get there.

I'm jealous it sounds like a Party at Allen's on Saturday. Those lights should be wired really fast....

OK, got the wiring scheme done. Most of the effort will be mounting the lights.

Nice Bob. I love your attention to details. That schematic makes it easy. Go ahead and add some back up lights on top and back of the trailer.

Randy, doing some net searches I found out that there are several different color codes for the 7 spade pin connectors. I used my volt meter to ohm my plug out and figure what color went to which spade. It appears all of the physical locations are the same on all. That I why I am using a terminal strip, easy to change wires. My drawing shows the coloring for the connector I have. The trailer wiring color is just what I could get.
I am using two grounds, two brakes, and two taillight wires for easy wiring and troubleshooting.

I like the terminal strip. Easy to change one wire. Two grounds is also great since I've had several trailers with ground problems and it's a pain. That little camoflauge (aka rust) trailer I used to pull was so bad at grounding that I ran ground wires to the lights. No issues then.
I like the separate brake wires - at least one brake should always work.
