On Friday we rode over to Mullens and explored above Mullens behind the Subway. We found a lot of very nice trails and did not ride them all. The picture below shows where we rode. The blue loop on the left I got from a guy called Slopoke and the one on the right is what we rode. The turquoise at the top is Twin Fall State Park. I drew the little connector between the two blue loops. On Saturday we rode to China Buffet via the tunnels. Allen got stopped by a sheriff on the way to get gas. There is a new sign on the little rode to east of the road the gas station is on that says no ATV's. He told Allen that we can't ride on the streets but that the mayor says it is OK. What we did is ride the west shoulder of the main road to and from gas and this is probably OK. On the way back we did some exploring and found a very nice new trail through the woods that comes out a little past the boat. We then took the creek back to Beartown Ridge and road up that long hill in the dark. When we got back we drank 12 year old scotch, shine and beer. The weather could not have been better for this time of year. Attachments:

Looks like I missed another fun filled weekend! Dang it!
Just seeing the pics makes me want to go riding, But not with the weather we have here right now. 10-20 mph wind blown snow.
Hope everyone made it home safely. Maybe I'll be ready to ride the next time a crowd comes up this way.

Larry liked the mirror I made and tradedhis for it. Now I will make another. Sun Lonnie, Larry and I rode the new Pocahontas trails and saw Coop and William in their sxs. Larry went back when the rain started. Lonnie and I kept going for a 60mi day. The weather report was for 6 "snow Sun night so we left Sun pm. Roger said today they have 1" and temp of 20 with lots of wind. Sat was a 96 mi day to Sophia with lunch at the China Buffet for kitty fujung!
How did I get 5 stars?

The weekend went well for me, I was not much company Saturday night as I had been up since 4 o-clock and was give out. Sunday was great since I figured out what may be wrong with my ride. See you all at the meeting.

Yep -- that trail to Welch before Charlie Reed junction is some deep nasty turd looking mud. They were drilling wells over there when we passed.
