I rode with Coop and two of his friends this weekend. One guy had a Razr 4 and the other a Raptor. Fri ended with Coops Razr parked off the haul road with an 8 inch section missing from a front wheel rim. We changed tires Sat am and rode to Welch and took trails behind the bowling alley. We did about 80 mi Sat until the Razr smoked a belt on a hill. We left it in a yard (lime green mobile home) and went for the truck and trailer. It takes 1.5 hours to drive from Coops to Welch one way. By 11pm we were cooking dinner. Another adventure in ATVing. The weather was overcast so it never got too hot.

What kind of wheel was it? Stock or aftermarket?
Did he have any mods to the engine for power or anything that helped smoke the belt?...or just heavy foot. I think I heard Coop is power hungry.
Just curoius is all. The RZR 4 is one vehicle I might be interested in down the road so just keeping tabs on them.

The wheel was aftermarket alloy on Coops Razr. He may have had some engine mods too. He said he should have used low gear. The wheel broke on the inside rim on a big rock. The outside had a beadlock. It is a POPO. Does that stand for Parts on-Parts off or is popo what you are when you finish fixing things?

Sounds like one hell of a ride if you broke a rim and smoked a belt ---

It was the ITP T7 beadlocker. That is the second one that has broke. Both on the inside. ITP says they break because of low air pressure. BS, I broke one on Coops machine a while back and we were around 13lbs of air pressure. Things happen when your riding like you stole it!!
