TSSmith - I've been using the same Garmin Montana 650 for several years. Not a whole lot of people use it because of the cost, but it lasts for years. It has a touch screen. It is extremely reliable. And it keeps me from getting lost. These days, a lot of members are buying tablets with built in GPS. The tablets have larger screens. I do see them fiddling with the tablets much more than I do on my Garmin Montana. If I were to buy another GPS, I'd buy the Montana 610.
Guys - Chime in on your tablet GPS's.

Sony Xperia tablet with Orux app. Use Bob T's maps available in map section of forum. The Sony is waterproof.
I would not ride WV without maps unless you are staying on Hatfield trails.

I have found an app called - LeadNav. Check it out. It allows you to download areas and keep them when you are offline. It tracks speed, elevation and other good info.
