Polaris is coming out with a new RZR on Jan 1, 2011. It is posted on their website. A lot of speculation about a large engine or maybe a one seater and later a front to back like a fighter plane.

I hope it's more HP and not just the introduction of a lower cost Rzr...

Some speculation that it will have the 850 motor or a Weber motor. They bought Weber for a reason!!

Man, once they got backed by the Dems, they have been putting some new stuff out. I guess when you get plenty of stimulus money, you don't have to show a profit.
Glad someone is still innovating though. Looking forward to seeing what they put on the sod.

Jeffery Immelt is president of GE. GE Capital is the financing arm for Polaris. Immelt is a huge left wing guy. Just connecting dots a little bit and making fun. Only playing....kinda.

I also was going to say to google Immelt but I tried to do that myself and Google has him all cleaned up now......go figure. There is all kinds of dirt on him and it used to be everywhere on google.

That is what they said about the "S" but there eveywhere now ..... Belive it is just a little over the RZR 4 in width so WV will just get a little wider on the trails . Saw on the WVSXS riders that Hatfield Mc Coy took the HP limits off of there trails , so look for the HP wars to start .

Shouldn't be any issues on the WV trails. RZR S's have been running the trails with no or little issue. Heck my Rhino is 60" wide.
Looks like this 900 has 88 hp.

Led headlights , its longer and wider , which is what most like about the S , so I see it as more of a good thing . The trailering arms are the only gotta see how they do ...

The bed in the video actually looks somewhat useable. Looks a little wider.
The price is going to be a deal breaker for most I'd think. $16k? Really? It's not like the regular RZR's don't have more than adequate power.

I agree with Drew, the width wouldn't bother me too much. There are plenty of machines up there riding that are more than 60" wide. The trailing arms look like they would be beat up on the trails. I do like the extra HP!

64 inches is pretty wide. Hell the gncc utv guys are already prototyping narrowing kits that basically replace the entire suspension.

That would be funny -- spend $15 k+ and then have to spend another $5K+ on new suspension to make it narrower. That ends up being an expensive big motor SxS.
From Rath Racing it seems that 61" wide will be reasonable cost : We are going to offer the kit for woods riders/racers in two options -
Option 1 - a zero offset wheel package ( one that we have been using and doing R&D on for over a year now) - this will be the less expensive of the two. Just switch out to these new rims and you would be approx 3" more narrow.
Option 2 - for those really wanting to go narrow would be a bolt on kit with - A-Arms, rear trailing arms and radius rods and CV shafts-
